Everything we’ve got wrong, and when we fixed it
We publish reference data across roughly 98,000 pages. Some of it will be wrong: a parser edge case, a quirk in a government file, a plain-language note that reads badly to somebody who codes for a living. Pretending otherwise would be the least trustworthy thing we could do, so instead every correction we make is logged here with a date and a description of what actually changed.
If you find a mistake, the report button at the bottom of any code page takes ten seconds and does not ask you to make an account.
No corrections have been published yet. This log went up with the site, so it is empty because nothing has been reported and fixed — not because we are hiding anything. It will fill up, and we will not quietly delete from it.
