Solventum publishes no pricing for Codefinder or 360 Encompass anywhere on its coding pages — the only route on any of them is 'Contact us'. That is a reasonable way to sell a facility-wide implementation and an impossible way to buy a tool for yourself this afternoon. Ours costs $390, it says so on the page, and the trial needs no card and no call.

It is sized for a HIM department, not a coder

360 Encompass is a platform: computer-assisted coding over the chart, CDI worklists, audit workflow, grouper logic, and an EHR integration project to connect it all. If you run inpatient coding for a hospital, that is genuinely the right shape of product and we are not competing with it. If you are one coder, or five, you are buying a department's machinery to answer a coder's question.

The encoder you are thinking of may not be theirs

TruCode is the one that gets confused with this constantly. TruCode became TruBridge Encoder after TruBridge — formerly CPSI — acquired it in 2021 and renamed it in 2023. It is not a Solventum product and never was. If you are comparing quotes, check which company is on which one.
